Communications
The model GMRS-21X provides 2-channel operation
and 1 Watt RF output power. This radio is a complete GMRS package and
includes Radio, Antenna, Desktop Charger, Alkaline Battery Shell and
Belt Clip. GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) is known for an inherent
capability to produce strong signals and provide long-range
communications. GMRS products continue to be favorites among two-way
radio users everywhere.

Plenty of power for up to approximately 2 miles range. (max
2 mile range
possible only in direct line-of-site situations. Actual range depends on terrain,
obstacles and other conditions and can vary greatly, i.e. 1/4 to 2 miles).
