NOTE: This antenna has been tuned at the factory for optimum performance. No cutting of the antenna rod should be necessary. For optimum performance at a specific frequency the rod may be moved up or down in the adapter by loosening the set screw. If the rod position is changed the performance should be checked with an VSWR meter.
