Comtelco TKAL-03 Trunk Mount PL259
The Comtelco TKAL-03 Trunk Mount uses a standard NMO style female base and 17' RG58A/U Stranded Center Conductor Cable with PL259 CONNECTOR. The Trunk Mount uses set screws to secure it and connect to ground. It must be mounted on a solid, flat conductive metal surface to hold the mount securely and act as a ground plane for the antenna. Check your trunk or mounting surface to verify that it is a conductive metal (steel or aluminum). Many new vehicles use fiberglass or synthetic materials for their trunks and will not work. Requires an NMO Base Type antenna to operate. Please Choose Connector INSTALLED (recommended) or LOOSE from Available Options.
